Changes on the Horizon and I am Pinocchio

Hello all my awesome bloggy friends!! Ok so first off I would like to thank everyone for their comments on Tuesday's post. Man I should write about the beach more often. I am sorry I haven't gotten around to responding to all of you yet, I will...Just been a little bit hectic in my life.

Why you ask? Well I just accepted a new position and gave my two weeks at my job today. So its been a bit hectic. I am working my little booty off to close as many deals as possible before I leave. I am really excited about my new job as it is in the field I want to be in, more money, closer to home, and I get an office. So that is what is new in my life. I am excited on moving along a new path.

Oh and I am pinocchio because I decided I am still going to have semi-sport Thursdays. I can't help it, I love sports. So I must say I am pretty frustrated by Basketball right now. The Lakers let the Suns win both the games in Phoenix, unacceptable. I just want to close this series out in 2 games. Here is what I think we need to do in order to close it out.
  • Actually adjust for zone defense
  • Play like the Lakers
  • Play like they did the first two games
  • I need to call the refs and fix the games :)

However, Boston lost yesterday so I am rooting for that series to go to 7 with the Magic or somehow (miracously) have the Magic win that series. It would be a miracle though because no team in the history of the NBA have come back from a 3-game deficit. But we will see.

Well that is all folks. I am pretty excited because I have tomorrow off!! Yay for a 4 day weekend.

I wish they all can be CA girls... Tuesday's Feature

Tuesday's feature: Favorite Summer Spot

My favorite summer spot has to be the beach, of course. I mean did you guys expect anything else from a CA girl? Something unique about my love for the beach though is that I hate going in the water. I know what type of Californian am I?

So why the beach then if not the waves? My favorite thing is renting a bicycle and riding it along the path. I enjoy the fresh ocean air, being able to see the water, and admiring the gorgeous and unique beach houses. There are two beaches I LOVE here in southern CA. One because they have one of the best bike paths and you can always go and get some great ice cream treats at the end of your ride. The second because it is less crowded and has a small town feel to it.

I will let these pictures do the talking. :)

Well that is all. I don't know what next weeks feature will be yet. But I will update you soon. If there is anything you woiuld be interested in featuring or seeing featured let me know!

Pop goes the Weasel

Hello Everybody! I am just stopping in very quickly to give a brief recap of my weekend.

Before I do that however I would like to share some news I was pretty excited about...I got featured!!! There is this great blog called The Bloggers Club and it is an awesome new community of bloggers who are all fantastic people). You should go on and join the B-list, trust me you will want to be on it. This blog does features on different blogs (I happened to be featured today) and it is just a great way to get introduced to new blogs and gain followers. So welcome to you that came over from there to check me out. I am sorry that I don't have a better blog lined up.

So I had a great and very fun filled weekend. I don't have any pictures yet because I am lame and I don't have a camera. It is on my never ending list of things I need want.

Saturday night was so much fun. There was only one small drama moment which is pretty good when you get about 6 couples together and throw in some adult beverages. Luckily the witch who decided to get her panties all up in a bunch over a simple game that we were playing and decided to storm out of our house while slamming OUR door lady who caused the drama left pretty early in the party and let us enjoy the rest of the drama free night.

Our Saturday night consisted of yummy jello, apples to apples, King's cup, and hookah. Lots of great conversation and new friends were made. It was a very good night and I had a lot of fun. I am glad that I am starting to find more couples to hang out with.

Since people didn't leave until 3:30 am I lounged around the house all day yesterday. It was awesome just to be able to rest guilt free. I love lazy days.

Well tomorrow is Tuesday's Feature. Click here if you want to participate in it. You have until Tuesday at 9 am PST to get it in to me.

:)

Lazy Sunday and Getting to Know you

Hello all!

I am still laying in bed being lazy on this beautiful Sunday afternoon. We had a party/kickback at our place last night which was super fun but lets just say the mixture of jello for adults and people not leaving until after 3 AM has made me still be in bed at 2:30 pm.

Don't worry I will share some great details about my weekend tomorrow but right now let's have some Getting to Know you Sunday. If you want to link up go to Mannland5's blog and post these questions on your blog. Fun times.

1. Do you have a fetish?
Hmmm what is one that I can reveal? Can shoes be considered a fetish? When I see a beautiful pair of shoes I drool and it is a love affair for me. Usually one where I look and don't touch (or buy).

2. Do you sing in the shower?
I use to so much when I was little but not so much anymore. Every now and then if I am in a silly mood I will.
3. Who was your first crush?

My first celebrity crush that I can remember was JTT. Oh man I remember what a huge phenomenon he was. Now I came out of my mom boy crazy so I think I probably had a crush on my doctor lol. I do remember liking a guy named Ryan when I was 4.
4. What do you think is the best manly trait a guy could have?
The ability to protect me. I like knowing that if anything happened my boyfriend could fight for my honor haha. Ok maybe not for my honor but protect me.
5. Do you sleep naked?
Nope. Sometimes just in my undies but usually in a shirt
6. What do you do when (you think) no one is looking?
Pick my wedgies
7. What's the first thing you do when you go online?
Check my mail
8. Summer is.....?
Sunshine and time to go in the water. Being able to walk around in a tank top and shorts all day long. Ice tea. Beach trips. Laying out by the pool. My birthday time:)

Horrible Blogger :( My appologies

I apologize for being a horrible blogger lately. I have been having a very busy life at work and in my personal life. I have trying to be a more regular blogger and thought I was making progress but this last week I took major step back... I even have been sucking at reading/commenting on your blogs. I will get right on top of that.

Weekend Plans:

Friday: Kevin and I were suppose to have a date night but I was SUPER exhausted. We went out to eat at Macaroni Grill and then I passed out around 8:30 pm. How lame am I?

Satuday: Tonight we have a party night! Well we are having about 6 other couples come over and we are going to play games and indulge a little. Should be a lot of fun, well it better be seeing as I have been planning this for 1 month now.

Sunday: Day of relaxation. Going to hang out at one of my friend's house. We were going to watch disc 2 of Degrassi:Season 4 but it won't arrive until Monday. We are thinking maybe we will go bowling or something. Any suggestions?

How has your weekend been?

Don't forget to join in on Tuesday's feature. Next Tuesday I will be featuring your favorite summer spots. Go here to learn more about it.

Tuesday's Feature: Wine

 Hello All!!

It is time for Tuesday's Feature and this is the first week of the new idea. It didn't really catch on the first week but what idea ever does? I am going to keep at this format for a while and if it doesn't work then I might switch over to a linky party/ blog hop. The reason behind this format is that I think it would be cool to have a bunch of reviews on one central location while still linking back to the reviewer's blog.

So a little backstory with me and wine. Over the past 2 years I did a total 180 when it comes to wine. I use to HATE wine, I thought it was dry and gross. However, Kevin started introducing me to the sweeter and more refreshing wines. Well I had a love affair, with the wine I mean. I love wine and I just can't seem to get enough. I love being introduced to new wine and going to lounges.restaurants that specialize in wine. It is just a magical drink and it is so classy. Don't you just feel like a refined lady (or gentleman) when you are sipping on a glass?

Well onto the reviews.

 Aimee's Review
Wine Name: Il Conte D’alba Stella Rose
Red or White Wine: Red Wine (Port)
Wine Characteristics: Fruity, Sweet, sparkling, and refreshing
Review of wine: Stella Rose is not your typical red wine. For starters it is not dry and you serve it very cold. It is also very sweet and it sort of bounces off the tongue. When I first took a sip of this wine I was very skeptical as I hate most red wines. I am a picky drinker and one of the qualifications for my wine is that it be sweet. This fit all my qualifications perfectly. It is a great wine for someone that likes sweet and refreshing  drinks.
What type of food does this wine go well with? Fruit or dessert. Or it is good on its own
Stem or no-stem wine glass? I prefer stem glasses
Anything Else?  This wine is inexpensive with an expensive taste. Perfect for a night in, either with a significant other or a friend).

Kevin's Review (visit his blog)
Wine Name: Sutter Home Moscato
Red or White Wine: White Wine
Wine Characteristics: Fruity, Sweet, can be a before or after dinner wine
Review of wine: Moscato is derived from the Muscat Blanc type of wine, which tends to be sweeter than most white wines. Not quite considered a dessert wine, it is versatile and a perfect wine to try for beginners.
What type of food does this wine go well with? Fruit and cheese, or just by itself after dinner.
Stem or no-stem wine glass? Either one.
Anything Else? It's great, inexpensive and a can't miss when it comes to wine prospects.

What is your favorite wine?

For next Tuesday's Feature it shall be a feature on your favorite summer spot. It could be a vacation spot or a local hangout. Send your review (along with pictures) to runningchick5505@yahoo.com by Monday, May 24th at 9 pm PST. I will post your review along with a link to your blog.

Thanks!

Weekend Recap and Last Chance!!

Happy Monday!

I hate Mondays because it means the end of a beautiful weekend and the start of another work week. I shouldn't complain though because I did have a 3-day weekend. I am all for the 4-day workweek. Who is with me? Come on, 5 days on and 2 days off is just too unbalanced.

So before I go on to my weekend recap, I would like to remind you that it is your last chance to send me in your reviews on a wine for the Tuesday's Feature. Please send them to me by 12 pm EST tomorrow (May 18th). It would be awesome to get some reviews from readers. No idea what I am talking about? Go here.

Friday: After a super lazy day vegging out on the couch while watching Party Down I felt much better. So that night Kevin and I decided to have a date night. We drank some Stella Rose (my new favorite wine) and went out to our favorite Hookah place. We had a laid-back evening. The Hookah place is pretty awesome because it is relaxing with music and couches. We like to go there and people watch while enjoying our yummy Hookah.

What is your favorite hangout spot?

Saturday: Tailgate at the Angels game with some girlfriends. Then bar hopping that night with my best friend.

The tailgate rocked because we had soo much food.  Let me make you drool and list what we had at the tailgate:
  • Salad -spinach( veggies, blue cheese, and rasberry vinegarette),Cheese, cracker, and meat plate, and chips
  • Roasted chicken and sandwiches
  • Fruit salsa (apples, pears, kiwi, cinnamon, and honey) with some awesome sweet crispy thing that tasted like churros and homemade brownies
Jealous? Oh gosh, it was fantastic. I had 4 platefuls. The game was great as well but come on you can't beat the tailgating experience. Oh my goodness though it got pretty ridiculous. I mean there were like 3 homeruns in a row and the score ended up being 12-3 (ridiculous).

I have to tell you the story of the worst pickup line ever used on me. I was standing in line for a Margarita Yard (yummy!) and this guy comes up to me asking me the score of the Dodger game. Not a random question since I was wearing a Dodger shirt. "4-1 in favor of the Dodgers" I tell him. He then proceeds to tell me how he is a big Dodger fan and his friends dragged him to the Angels game (hmmm, dude your Angel cap would beg to differ). It gets better though, he then bent down to my level, I am 5'2 and he was about 6'0, and looks into my eyes saying "You must be a true Dodger fan because even your eyes are Dodger blue." Insert eye roll and gag here. Geez! Where do guys come up with these things?

Sunday: I had my friend's graduation get together to go to. It was a lot of fun. The combination of super strong margaritas in a bucket and dirty minded people made for an interesting evening. Let's just say that the conversations that we were having ranged from PG-13 to R-rated. Some of the people that were there I hadn't seen in a while so it was very ncie to hang out with them again.

Funny Story of the day: My co-worker walked by as I was blogging and asked "What's the blog about today" and I instinctly said "Your mom" because I am as mature as a 14-year-old boy. It made us all laugh which wasn't good because I had to get on the phone right after and I had the giggles. Thank goodness for the # button when you laugh on a voicemail, I have to use it a lot around here.

How was your weekend?

Getting to Know You Sunday

Happy Sunday!

Ok I have been slacking off this weekend on blogs because I have had a super busy weekend so haven't had much time. I hope you all have had a good weekend and it was long enough, probably wasn't because when are they?

So I am linking up with MannLand5's Getting to Know you Sunday for the first time... I have really wanted to find a regular "party" to link up with and I like this one a lot. Because I know you all want to hear me blab on and on about myself more about me. If you want to join go grab the questions and link up.

1. The most expensive thing hanging in my closet is.....?
I will actually need to go check this out right now as I have no idea off the top of my head. I am pretty sure it is one of my Charger Jerseys.

2. Have you ever played a team sport?
No, I was a competitive runner and while I was on a team it is not considered a team sport. I played team sports for fun but never competitively.
3. If you were a bug, what kind would you be?
I would be a ladybug because I wouldnt want to be a bug that is gross looking or that scares people. Everyone loves ladybugs and they get a lot of attention. i think it is one of the few bugs that the majority of people will hold willingly. I ca also see a lady bug in a killer pair of heels, LOL.
4. Where on your body is the worst place to get sunburned? (thanks Ian)
I would think your butt. I have never gotten sunburned there because I don't lay out nude and my bikini covers my booty but I can only imagine. I mean how painful would that be to sit down? Also if you start peeling you would look pretty dumb scratching your butt frequently.

5. Are you happy?
Yes, I am. I am happier than I have been in a long time.
6. People are always abbreviating..are there any abbreviations that make your skin crawl when people use them?
I am guilty of abbreviating everything so I appologize to you if i make your skin crawl. I know I make Kevin's skin crawl with some of mine. He really hates esp., bc, and def. I am lazy, what can I say? I do hate when people use abbreviations or "text speak" in regular conversation. Don't say BRB or LOL... How hard is it to actually speak it out?
7. Do you love where you live..or could you live anywhere?
I am a Southern Californian girl for life and I can't imagine myself living anywhere else. I also live near a beach so the weather is great and the location is ideal. I am close enough to LA without actually having to deal with all the negative things that come with LA. I live near the beach and Disneyland. There is so much to do around me.
8. What, if any, extreme measures do you go to to keep yourself from overeating when you're full?
I don't go through any extreme measures. I just stop eating or I know I will get sick.

Well I hope you enjoyed learning more about me. Before I leave I finally took new pictures of me with my new hair (i cut and dyed it a couple weeks back) so I wanted to share one of those with you.
Its not the best picture (I am not too photogenic) but you can at least see the cut. My new hair color is almost black with a ton of highlights. The highlights are deep red(a lot of them) and some light brown and blonde.  I like it. Excuse my stupid pout haha.

Well I hope you all have a fantastic Sunday

Do you want to accidentally be given a Ferrari? I know I do!! *Friday Oddities**

Hello all!! Time for Friday Oddities (or odd news week in review). YAY!!

So I got a three-day weekend...because I am sick at home. I hate being sick. I hope I feel better enough tonight to go out because I have some great plans lined up.Anyway, on with the news.
The Ferrari is my favorite car!  This is theF430 Spider-my birthday is coming up in a couple of months...hint hint.

Ok, so me and Kevin talk about this every time we valet park our car. Wouldn't it be awesome if they gave us a much nicer car and we just drove off in it? Of course we wouldn't do that because we are too high maintenance to go to jail individuals with morals. Still, it is fun to think about this highly unlikely scenario.

So when I read that this actually happened I, of course, had to make it the top story. Apparently, this Aussie Valet accidentally gives this guy the keys to a Ferrari 430 Spider (drools) and the guy just drives off in it. I hope he enjoyed that joy ride because it is the last one he will be having for a while since he was charged with car theft.

 Is it a Zombie?
A Chinese man came back to life? No, no it is not the second coming of the Lord Zhao Zhensang who was supposedly killed over 10 years ago by Zhao Zuoha (were they fighting because there is only room for one Zhao in Henan?) but he reappeared in the town. I am sure that brought a lot of questions and fears up. Is this God? Is it a Zombie? Is it a Ghost?

No, Zhensang is none of those, he is just a man that ran away from a fight because he thought he killed his opponent. Yet his opponent (Zuohai) actually ended up spending 10 years in prison because the authorities forced a confession out of him. Perfectly normal? Talk about a scandal.

Mail Hoard
So there are packrats that save every piece of mail that they have ever gotten. It is a disorder that some people have that makes them afraid to throw anything away. But what about a person that saves other people's mail? Well for a Pennsylvania postal worker, he stored over 20 thousand pieces of mail in his garage, some that go as far back as 1997. Now that is an insane packrat (and a creep).

The postal office will be delivering the mail to the rightful owners. Imagine getting a piece of mail from the 90s? Now that would be an overdue bill.

Gold Dispenser-Very Nice

So there are gold ATM's now... I am not speaking about an ATM that is made out of gold, but rather one in Dubai that actually dispenses gold. I wasn't aware that gold was still a liquid form of money but I guess it is for the billionaire's in Dubai.

Oh, it gets better! The Emiratees Palace in Dubai (which is where this machine is located) has cappuccinos that have gold flakes on top. Seriously? That is just wasting resources.

Weekend Preview:
Friday: Date Night. We're going to pop open some wine, maybe fire up the hookah, and probabaly watch a movie.

Saturday: I am pretty excited for this event that I have been planning for a month.
Me and six other Girls will be tailgating and then attending the Angels Game. I am not an Angels fan but I am pretty excited about the tailgating part. This is my first official tailgate.

What are your plans for the weekend? What car would tempt you to drive off if you got it by mistake from the Valet?

I am a Gas Station Bimbo and a Cat Rescuer

Hello All!!

So I think I am slightly phasing out Sports from a Girl's POV. I just don't think a lot of you are that interested in reading about sports, which I can understand,. It is hard to find people (especially women) that are obssessed with sports.... So I will probably have a small paragraph about sports still on Thursdays, it won't take up my entire post.

Today, I went home sick from work and I am feeling pretty crappy so I will make this brief and take a nap before I have to go pick up Kevin (man I wish we had 2 cars).

  • Short story about why I am a gas station bimbo... I pulled into the gas station by my work and it was shut down. There were two guys there working on the pumps and I rolled down my window to ask "Where is the nearest gas station? My tank is on empty". They kind of smirk and point right across the street. Gosh I am dumb!
  • Those same guys were flirting with me when I was across the street getting gas. They kept waving at me and trying to flirt with me across a crowded street. It was flattering but embarassing. I was just trying to pump my gas and get on home.\
  • I wanted to go to bed right when I came home but would my cats let me? No! My little kitten decided she would get her paw stuck in between the 2 closet doors. It took 30 minutes and help from my neighbor to get her unstuck, poor thing.

  • Either an earthquake just happened or a truck smashed into my condo complex. Blah I hate earthquakes.
  • I am going to watch some more Degrassi while I am falling asleep. Maybe i will even curl up with my Cosmo that just came in the mail today.
  • Random sports information of the day: I hate LeBron James and I am so glad that he is getting a ton of S*** for the HORRIBLE game he had Tuesday night... He deserves it. He is so not clutch.
What are your comfort things when you are sick? Have you ever had to rescue a pet?

Well I am off  so that I can sleep a bit but before I go please remember to check out my new Tuesday Feature and send me your wine reviews if you want to be included.

:)

    Tuesday's Feature **I need your vote/input/opinions!* (Please)

    Hello Everyone!

Okay, so I think am pretty sure I came up with a cool idea for my Tuesday's feature to make it less boring better. I was thinking yesterday how cool would it be if I included my lovely readers in my Tuesday's Feature. So every Tuesday after the feature of the week I will announce what the next week's feature would be on (ie wine, food, a movie, etc.) and then whoever wanted to can do a mini-review and send it to me via email. The next week I would then include those features (along with a link to your blog to give you more exposure to followers) after my feature. Therefore everyone wouldn't have to read all my rambling on a topic would be able to read a wide variety of features.

I am going to try this for a while and see if it catches on. Please vote if you think its a good idea. :) I am pretty excited about it and I hope that this really takes off. If it does  then I might even turn it into a linky party... But let's not jump ahead of ourselves.

    Next Tuesday's Feature: Wine

I know a lot of my followers are wine enthusiasts so I figured this would be a good start. If you want to join in on this please email me your review (runningchick5505@yahoo.com). You can feel free to do your review in any style you want however I have included a basic questionnaire that you can use to guide you.

    Wine Name:
    Red or White Wine:
    Wine Characteristics:
    Review of wine:
What type of food does this wine go well with?
    Stem or no-stem wine glass?
    Anything Else?

    Happy Mothers Day

    Happy Mother's day!

Today is a day to celebrate those very important women in our life. Those that were there for us from the beginning and will never not be there for us. My mom is a very important person in my life. I know I was an annoying baby. I had coulic and I just would not shut up (well the second part hasn't changed). But my momma never left me.

We have of course gone through our hard times and disagreements but I love her so much. She is one of the most special people in my life. Because while we might not always agree, I know she always has my best interests at heart.

I am lucky to have a mom that I can hang out with. I mean seriously how many of us can say that they went to Vegas with their mom and had a blast drinking Eiffel towers and doing 10 shot trees with them? Not very many.

So when I head out to my mom's place this evening I will make sure to hug her tightly and let her know how much I really do appreciate her. I hope that you are all able to do that with your own mothers. Also for you wonderful mommy's out there, I hope that your kids do the same for you.

    Happy mother's day!!

Jesus Christ and some Jimmy Choos- *Friday Oddities*

Hello! Oh my gosh I cannot believe how quickly Friday came this week... I am pretty excited though, not going to lie. This week was a very busy and slow week at work for me so I just need my weekend.

Been pretty bummed about work but these news stories sure cheered me up (especially when I got to browse the Jimmy Choo catalog...if only I could purchase a pair).

Jesus Christ Hit by a Car

Ok this guy's legal name is Lord Jesus Christ. I don't think I need to say much more than this. This is by far one of my favorite odd news story of all time.

    CatchAChoo-I wish!!

    Pciture: Jimmy Choo Website]

Ok I wish I lived in New York and could partake in this fantastic competition. I think this is the best use of Twitter ever. Who cares that it is useful tool for businesses especially marketing? It is frickin Jimmy Choos!! I want them. If you live in NY become part of this Twitter scavenger hunt and let me know if you win. Send me a picture of your reward so I can drool over them. I mean just look at them!

    Hooter Sponsorship

It doesn't get more American than football players and big breasted cheerleaders bouncing around.

That is why I like Melinda Resist's statement in this article, about a football team having Hooters as a sponsor, pretty funny. She said " "The message these boys are getting -- and bear in mind we're talking 15 and 16-year-old boys -- is that ... as a young footballer you have an entitlement to large-breasted women in skimpy outfits bouncing around at your games," Um, I am sorry but as a high school football player one of the advantages/rewards you get for all your hardwork is some of the hottest girls at your school cheering for you. This is not a 10-year old team we are talking about. Come on, 15 and 16 year olds know breasts and they know them well, that is something that occupies 99.9% of their thinking. Let them have their fun.

    Yet Another Dumb Robber Story

I don't feel like summarizing yet anther stupid criminal but thought you all might get a crack out of this article. Check it out. Gosh some people are so dumb...

    Weekend Goodies

So be jealous because I am getting another massage today. This one is going to be 1.5 hours. Yep I am pretty excited! This is what the rest of my weekend looks like.

Friday: Unless my friends decide to be cool and want to hang out (and pick me up) I will be stuck at home. Its ok though because I can just have a date with my Netflix Instant-que.

    Saturday:

Watch the Lakers kick some Utah booty! Yeah Kobe, show them how it's done!
Kevin is nerding out over the fact that Betty White is hosting SNL so we will probably stay home this night. I don't think I have ever seen him this excited about anything. However, we won't be super lame because we are planning to invite some friends over as well.

Sunday: Happy Mothers Day!!!! I know I have some mommy's that follow me so I hope you all have a fantastic day and get some goodies. :)

What does your weekend look like?

NBA Playoff Spotlight. *Sports from a Girl's Perspective*

Hello all!! It is Sport's Thursday and golly we have a lot going on in the sporting world lately. It is the best time of the year because Spring=Sports craziness... What to focus on? How about the NBA playoffs?

Ok, before I start my short sport rambling I wanted to briefly comment about the picture above and what it represents.  If you don't want to read anything about politics skip this paragraph. So I am not a very political person and you will hardly ever find political discussions on my blog (unless my boyfriend, a politcal nut, takes over). However, when something that I feel strongly about is going on, I do chime in about it. I find this law that was passed in Arizona completly ridiculous and unconstitutional. I can't believe a state in the US has stooped low enough to legally allow pure racism. So it has made me really happy to see that sport teams have taken a stand in one of the only ways they can, which is what the above picture represents. The Phoenix Suns wore a Los Suns Jersey on last night's game, that made me so proud.

Now onto the very brief sports summary. So it is the conference semifinals in the NBA playoffs currently which means it is the 2nd series of the playoffs. I realize that not everyone understands basketball or the playoffs so I have given you a quick cheat sheet.
    • There are two conferences in the NBA,  the Eastern and the Western. The Western is the best and hardest conference, of course.
    • The best team in all of Basketball is the Lakers (that is why we have the championship rings, take that LeBron!)
    • During the playoffs there are four rounds: the first round, conference semifinals, conference finals, and the finals (which is the championship)
    • Every series is the best of 7, so the team needs to win 4 games to move on to the next round.
Ok, do you feel like experts now?  Fantastic! Glad I could help. I will now give you the highlights of the playoffs and tell you who will win and in how many games.

    Western Conference
    • Phoenix Suns vs. the San Antonio Spurs. Suns lead Series 2-0
      • The spurs are the favorites in this series which means they should be winning but the Suns have come alive in the playoffs and have owned the Spurs, thus far. Personally I am rooting for the Suns in this series because I don't want to face the Spurs in the playoffs. "I" being the Lakers. I think the Suns win this series in 6.
    •  LA Lakers vs. Utah Jazz. Lakers lead series 2-0
      • The Utah Jazz are a good team but right now they are facing a few set backs in the form of injuries. However, even as a healthy team the Lakers would be able to take the series but probably not in 4 like they will most likely do in this current series.
      • It will be great if the Lakers do indeed take it in 4 because they need some rest as well. They are also battling injuries. Kobe has had a finger injury all season and now Bynum has a hyper extended knee. A rest would do the whole team good.
    Eastern Conference
    • Cleveland Cavaliers vs. Boston Celtics. Series tied 1-1.
      • This is probably one of the most exciting  series that is going on right now. I can see this going to 7 games and all of the games should be really good. Both teams are very talented and most likely the winner of this series will move on to the Finals.
      • I hate both these teams so I am really conflicted about who I want to win, but I think Boston takes it in 7.
    • Atlantic Hawks. vs. Orlando Magic. Magic lead 1-0
      • I don't know much about either of these teams or what is going on in this series. I apologize for my lack of knowledge on this front. I do know that the Magic are actually favored by many sport's analysts to go all the way to the finals.
      • If you want to learn more about this series you should watch the game tonight. Come on, playoff basketball is interesting. I'll go ahead and pick the Magic in 6.
    My Predictions:
Eastern Conference Finals: Boston Celtics over Orlando Magic in 7.
Western Conference Finals: LA Lakers over Phoenix Suns in 5.

NBA FInals: Lakers over Celtics in 6.

    :)
Hope you have a great Thursday!
